The time has come – the Cosy Labirynth goes on holidays!

We set off to Malaga on Saturday afternoon. A surprisingly long and slightly delayed flight took us to a place which was more a car rental market than an airport. Well, at least the rental hall is definitely larger than the arrivals hall. We found our car, managed to get lost right after leaving the airport, found out that in Spain direction signs are sketchy at best and speed limits are a form of general advice rather than real restrictions. But we found the flat we were going to in the end, left our things and went to Malaga centre.

After walking for a few minutes we found a fantastic spot – a restaurant right in front of the Malaga Cathedral. Tapas, paela and a fantastic squid defeated us completely, and the light Spanish beer did the rest. Well after midnight we staggered back into our room and could only think of sleep.

On the next day we went to see the amazing cathedral from the inside – an imposing Renaissance structure, really impressive. But Malaga wasn’t really on our schedule – we wanted to get out as soon as possible and hit the road. The point of renting a car is being able to travel to all the places which are hard to reach in other ways and we were going to make the most of it.
