Emirates’ website hates me.

Selecting seats on flights proved more challenging than I though. After some confusion as to where to do what, I got to the screen in which I could select my seat. But it decided to play a game with me – every time I tried to select the seat, once I hovered my mouse over it, the page scrolled away! Once there was no more scrolling possible, it started expanding! My chosen seat, 19B, just wouldn’t have me! Nor any other one, for that matter… Check this out:

This is the way it looked before I touched it:

That’s after I hover:

And that’s when it all just gets mad:

Finally, with some keyboard scrolling and frantic clicking, I managed but wow, that was interesting…

Anyway, everything is sorted, all itineraries printed out, bookings done, emergency numbers written down, passport and visas packed… And generally everything packed. I hope. I bet I forgot something, but as long as I have the passport and bookings I will be fine, right?

Here is to the last couple hours in Edinburgh, then Glasgow, and The World!
